We currently ship to the following locations:
- Domestic Shipping: All states and regions within India
Processing Time
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Shipping Time: After the order has been processed, shipping times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Please note that during peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are any significant delays with your order.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be unforeseen delays due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for these delays but will do our best to assist you if your shipment is delayed.

Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. We will contact you for a correct address and further instructions.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if you experience issues with a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us at support@jackjordan.in and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
